I didn't come from a tech background or a prestigious university. I started working after high school — retail, sales, anything that kept me moving. But from day one, I had one goal: build something of my own. Not a job. Not a career. A business I actually controlled.

Between 2020 and 2025, I ran Amazon and Etsy stores. At my peak, they were working. Then platform fees changed, algorithms shifted, and I realised something uncomfortable: I was building on someone else's land. I needed something more durable — a business that couldn't be wiped out by a policy update at 2am.

So I started studying where the world was actually heading. That's when I found automation and AI. I didn't just read about it — I rebuilt my own operations with it first. Inventory management, customer follow-ups, order processing. When I saw what it could do to a small operation, I knew other businesses needed this too. Most of them just didn't know it existed yet.

I cold-called local companies. I walked into offices uninvited. I sat across from people who had never heard the word 'automation' and showed them what their business could look like in 48 hours. I got rejected more times than I can count — and I kept going anyway.
