Who we are

Coremagna is a founder-run AI automation agency operated by Ferit Patefe, based in Antalya, Türkiye, serving clients in the United Kingdom, Australia, and internationally. This policy explains what data we collect through coremagna.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you email us or book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you write about your business.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, requested page) for security and reliability.
• Preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not used for tracking.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent your data, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use your data

• To prepare proposals and deliver services you ask us for

• To keep the site secure and reliable

Legal bases

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for analytics and security, consent where you contact us voluntarily, and performance of a contract when we deliver services you have engaged us for.

Third-party services

These providers may process data on servers in the United States or the European Union under their own safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The only cookies set by this site come from Google Analytics (names beginning with _ga). They help us count visits and see which pages people read. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fully without them.

How long we keep data

• Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically
• Emails and booking details are kept for as long as we need them to work with you, then deleted on request or when no longer needed

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email ferit1@coremagna.com — we respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly here.
