Turn Listing Photos Into Cinematic Video Tours In 48 Hours
No film crew. No scheduling. Just your existing photos, transformed into scroll-stopping walkthrough videos with an optional AI presenter.
Shots we have built from stills
Sample builds from our own reference properties, made the same way your listings would be — a photograph in, a moving shot out. Tap any frame to play it.
These are our own reference builds, not client deliveries. For work delivered to a paying agent, keep scrolling — the full tour, the walkthrough and the production chain below all come from one real instruction.
The whole tour end to end
Everything above is a fragment. This is a complete tour as the agent received it — 72 seconds, voiceover, a presenter who has never been to the building. Built from the listing photographs and nothing else. Press play with the sound on.
Seventeen shots, three of them with the presenter, cut to the agent's own running order. No camera entered the building and nobody from our side visited it.
A different job in the same format — a presenter arrives on the street, walks in and hands the shot to the interiors, framed 9:16 for Reels and TikTok. Its voice track is not in English, so it plays silent here.
Every tour is delivered in three ratios from one render, so the portal, the feed and the story cut all come out of the same job.
Three ways to get a listing video
Two of them look cheaper than they are. The crew bills three times as much and takes half your day. The self-serve tool bills almost nothing and takes an afternoon of your time on every listing. Read the row that matters most — what it really costs.
| Comparison | CoremagnaDone for you | Film crewVideographer on site | Self-serve AI toolYou run the software |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per listing | A flat fee per video, quoted on the call | £250 to £500 for a half-day shoot and edit | $8 to $16 a video on a monthly plan |
| What it really costs | The fee, and ten minutes to send photos and sign off | The fee, plus half a day of yours at the property | The credit, plus two to three hours of yours on every single listing |
| Who works | You send photos. That is the whole job. | You book the slot, arrange access, meet them there | You upload, prompt, re-render, crop, caption |
| On site | Nobody visits | Half a day with keys, and a vendor to keep happy | Nobody visits |
| Timing | 48 hours from the photos landing | Days to find a slot, then days for the edit | Minutes, if the render comes out right |
| Changes | Unlimited, until you sign it off | Extra rounds are billed, a reshoot means going back | Every retry burns another credit |
| You receive | Portal, Reels and TikTok cuts from one render | One master. Other ratios cost extra. | One render. You crop the rest yourself. |
| If it comes out wrong | We redo it. It is our problem, not yours. | A reshoot means booking the property and the crew again | You are the one who spots it, re-prompts it and pays for the retry |
| Across a whole stock list | Every listing lands in the same house style | Depends who was free that week and what they charged | Depends who in the office prompted it that day |
The tool looks like the cheap column until you price your own afternoon. At $12 a video and three hours of your time, a listing costs you more than we charge — and you still have to do it again next week, and the week after.
The crew is the opposite trade. You get a proper film, and it costs you a booking, a set of keys, half a day and roughly three times the money. Fine for the £2m instruction. Not something you can run across forty listings.
We are the only column where a listing goes out with a video and nothing lands on your desk. Send the photos you already took. Sign it off two days later.
Crew figures are UK published rates for a one-property shoot with editing. Tool figures are the per-video cost on the mid plans of the main photo-to-video platforms.
Keep scrolling and the camera walks the room
Every frame below was built from a single still of a Rotterdam townhouse. Nobody went to the property and nothing was filmed there. Scroll down and you are driving the camera yourself — this is the product, running in your browser. Sample project, your listing gets the same treatment.
This started as one photo
The kind your agents already shoot on a viewing. No second visit, no crew, no drone licence.
Back with you in 48 hours
Send the stills the day you list. The walkthrough lands before the first open house.
Cut for every portal you post on
Funda, Rightmove and Reels each get their own aspect ratio from the same render.
Costs less per listing than a photographer's day
Priced per property, not per hour on site.
Drag the line and watch a photo start moving
Six shots from a commercial letting in Rotterdam we delivered this month. Each one began as a single still from the agent's existing photo set. Pick a shot, then pull the handle to put the photo next to the finished frame.
How a presenter ends up in a room nobody filmed in
This is the retail unit from the comparison above, on the day we built its tour. Three files, in the order they were made. No camera was ever in the room and the presenter has never been to Rotterdam.
The room as the agent photographed it
One frame out of the listing set. Nothing staged for us, nothing reshot.
The presenter placed into that photo
Same floor, same light, same shadows. She is built to match the room rather than dropped on top of it.
That same frame walking and talking
She moves through the space and describes it. This clip went into the client's tour untouched.

How a listing photo becomes a property video tour
01
Send the listing photos
You upload the photo set you already have. No reshoot, no second visit, no drone licence and nobody from our side goes to the property.
02
We build the shots
Each still becomes a moving shot with generated camera movement, then the shots are cut together with voiceover and music. If you chose the presenter version she is built into the frame to match the room's own light and shadows.
03
Approve and publish
The first cut lands within 48 hours. Revisions are unlimited and free until you sign it off, and you receive portal, Reels and TikTok ratios from the same render.
