Actual work — setup, monthly plans, guarantees, and refunds — is governed by the written proposal or agreement you receive before we start, together with the pricing and guarantee terms published on the relevant service page at the time of signing. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
